All Sales Are Final
Thank you for supporting EN Latinidad. All purchases made through EN Latinidad are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All sales are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled after purchase.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use or attend a purchased product or experience.
- Promotional purchases, discounted items, special offers, and limited-time sales are also subject to this policy.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all product, event, and purchase details before completing their transaction.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact EN Latinidad as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and relevant documentation or photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged multiple times for the same transaction or a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
